Importing Overaged Vehicles – New Customs Rules

The previous ban on importing vehicles over 10 years old has been officially repealed, allowing importers to now bring older cars into the country. However, these vehicles are subject to significantly higher customs duties — 300% of the vehicle’s value — making the importation of overaged vehicles a far more expensive option.
