Important Notice

Shipping depends on vessel schedule and space availability for your destination.
Import duties, customs clearance, destination charges, and inspections are not included.
Customers must verify destination import regulations before shipping. Vehicle age, model year, title, and other restrictions may apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle complies with destination regulations.
Payment terms are prepaid prior to shipment.
A valid vehicle title is required for export.
Vehicles must be empty (no personal belongings or loose items inside).
Electric and hybrid vehicles are not permitted for RoRo shipping and must be shipped in containers.
Vehicles must be delivered with 1/4 tank of fuel or less.
Vehicles must not have loose parts and must be turnkey, able to start, run, and drive without issues.
Vehicles cannot have broken glass, major damages, or fluid leaks.
Cargo is not insured unless insurance is selected and added.
Insurance deductible: 3% of cargo value or $250 minimum, whichever is greater.
Storage, customs holds, inspections, detention, demurrage, quarantine, fumigation, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Port terminal includes 10 calendar days of free storage. Vehicles delivered before the free time period may incur storage fees.
Weather and external conditions may affect pricing and schedules, including but not limited to natural disasters, storms, flooding, hurricanes, civil unrest, and other force majeure events.
