  • Incandescent light bulbs (HS Code 8539.22.00), except:

    • ≤ 25 watts

    • ≤ 50 volts (Law 26473)

  • Certain used machinery and parts (Resolution 909/1994 and updates)

  • Medications and food containing olaquindox (SENASA Resolution 84/2007)

  • Paints and varnishes with >0.06g lead per 100g non-volatile mass (MoH Resolution 7/2009)

  • Used automobiles (Decree 110/1999)

  • Used motorcycles and bicycles (Resolution 790/1992)

  • Toys and baby products with high phthalate concentrations (Resolution 583/2008)

  • Used clothing and accessories

    • MERCOSUR codes: 6309.00.10 / 6309.00.90 (Decree 3373)

  • Telephone terminals operating on 1880–1900 MHz (Resolution SC 1994/1999)

  • Used or recapped tires

    • MERCOSUR codes: 4012.10.00 / 4012.20.00 (Law 25,626)

  • Raw cotton (not carded/combed, harsh/rough) (SENASA Res. 208/2003)

  • All dangerous residues (Law 24051)

  • Certain hazardous substances (Resolutions 750/2000, 845/2000, 182/1999, etc.)
